Welcome to Costa Painting LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our painting services and website.
By hiring us, accepting a quote, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
Costa Painting LLC offers professional residential and commercial painting services.
The exact scope of work will be defined in the project proposal or service agreement.
All work will be completed in a timely and professional manner, subject to weather, material availability, and site conditions.
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, such as:
Surface condition and prep work required
Square footage changes
Paint upgrades or brand requests
Additional services requested by the customer
We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding.
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed-upon times.
Delays due to lack of access, inclement weather, or other client-caused delays may result in a rescheduling or additional charges.
A deposit may be required to schedule your project
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
Payments may be made via [cash, check, credit card, etc.]
Late payments may be subject to interest or late fees.
Costa Painting LLC reserves the right to pause or cancel work due to non-payment.
We offer a [typically 1-year] limited warranty on workmanship from the date of project completion. This does not cover:
Damage caused by structural issues, water leaks, or mold
Normal wear and tear, weather conditions, or improper maintenance
Issues resulting from materials provided by the client
Clients must notify us of any warranty issues in writing within the warranty period.
Clients agree to:
Remove or cover furniture, personal items, and wall hangings
Inform us of any known structural or moisture issues
Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety
Provide access to electricity and water
Costa Painting LLC is not responsible for damage to items not properly removed or protected by the client.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date.
Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less notice or after work has started.
Costa Painting LLC will not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Client-provided paint or materials that fail prematurely
Pre-existing issues with the structure or surfaces
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.
All content on our website, including text, photos, and logos, are the property of Costa Painting LLC.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Costa Painting LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
